I designed a scalable go-to-market engine that combines three capabilities: first-party intent signals (so reps can see and warm accounts without manual research), fully automated cadence management (every outreach personalized by person, not templated), and signal-based outreach where outreach is triggered by prospect behavior instead of a set cadence. The result: reps spend 70%+ of their time actually interacting with prospects instead of researching them, targeting a 2x increase in efficiency.
